The ex Reds youngster is set to continue his career in the Scottish Premier league.
It isn't the first time Ngoo, who was signed by Liverpool from Southend as a 16-year-old, has played north of the border, with arguably his best spell in professional football coming in the Scottish Premier League.
Killie, managed by former Scotland winger Allan Johnston, finished 9th in the Scottish Premier League last season, and will be hoping a player who demonstrated outstanding goalscoring ratios at youth and reserve level for Liverpool.
Ngoo impressed while on loan at Hearts in 2013, with the giant striker scoring 5 times in 17 games for the Edinburgh club.
It was enough to see the forward given a chance at Championship level during his next loan spell away from Anfield, but Ngoo found the move to Yeovil a much tougher affair, with the Somerset side struggling in England's second tier, and the player unable to help them out of the relegation battle that would ultimately send them down.
The 21-year-old then dropped down a division for his second loan of last season, heading out Walsall for the remainer of the campaign, though again he had his difficulties, only managing 1 goal in 14 League One appearances.
It is perhaps no surprise to see Ngoo return to Scotland, where he will be eager to, and is certainly young enough to recover from his Liverpool departure and enjoy a fruitful career.
Can Ngoo make a name for himself in Scotland?
