Following some obscure wintery teases, Sony has announced at Gamescom this week that Until Dawn is to be released on PS4.
Back in 2012 (also at Gamescom) Sony had announced the title as a PS3 game, now it appears Until Dawn will skip the last generation going straight for Sony’s latest.
Billed as a teen horror, Until Dawn presents a scenario in which, “eight friends are trapped on a remote mountain retreat and things quickly turn sinister, they start to suspect they aren’t alone.
“Gripped by fear and with tensions in the group running high, you’ll be forced to make snap decisions that could mean life, or death, for everyone involved.
“Every choice you make in your terrifying search for answers – even the seemingly trivial ones – will carve out your own unique story.”
The game brings in acting talents from familiar screen faces the likes of Hayden Panettiere, Rami Malek and Brett Dalton.

Until Dawn is currently due to release sometime in 2015.
