Tottenham endured a frustrating campaign last time out as their huge summer spend could not bring the club any success, as they finished in 6th place in the Premier League.
Andre Villas-Boas was replaced by Tim Sherwood in January but he has since been sacked as well and Mauricio Pochettino is now the man tasked with guiding Spurs into the elusive top four.
The squad is still full of quality and there are many options available for fantasy football options, though it is difficult to assess who will be regular's in the starting lineup at this point.
Three new signings have been made so far as Ben Davies, Michel Vorm and Eric Dier have joined the club, though Spurs are usually active up to the last seconds of the transfer window and more business is expected.
The Lilywhites have been unbeaten in pre-season and will be hoping for a successful season this year, but where should you be looking from a fantasy football perspective?
DEF - Ben Davies - Davies arrives from Swansea and is expected to be the first-choice left-back for the club as Danny Rose struggled to impress enough in the role last season. Rose will likely be used in cup matches but if Davies can nail down the starting role in the league, he could be worth investing in at 5.0. He scored twice and picked up one assist in 34 appearances for Swansea last season and the exciting 21-year-old could be an attacking threat down the left for Spurs this season.
DEF - Eric Dier - Another new arrival to consider for 5.0 is Dier. The 20-year-old defender impressed in his debut at White Hart Lane against Schalke last weekend and may see some action with uncertainties surrounding defenders such as Michael Dawson and Younes Kaboul. Jan Vertonghen may well partner Dier for much of the season and if that is the case, then Dier is definitely worth investing in.
FOR - Harry Kane - The English forward broke into the team under Sherwood last season and will likely see some opportunity under Pochettino this time around. The 21-year-old scored three goals in 10 appearances last term and although he will be unlikely to start, he could bag himself enough goals to warrant investment at 5.0.
Worth a gamble
MID - Lewis Holtby - Holtby looks set to make his mark in the first-team at Spurs this season and he has been excellent during the club's pre-season campaign. The German midfielder has been played behind the striker, as well as in a deep-lying playmaker role and has scored twice and picked up four assists in five pre-season games. If he can force his way into the starting lineup on a weekly basis, he will definitely be worth having in your team for 6.0.
MID - Erik Lamela - The Argentine had a season to forget last year but the £30 million record-signing could be set to prove his worth this year. He has scored three times in pre-season and looks certain to see plenty of game time under his compatriot Pochettino. It's a huge gamble after he failed to show any promise last year but for those that are willing to give Lamela a second chance, it will cost 8.0.
FOR - Emmanuel Adebayor - Adebayor seems likely to be the regular striker for Spurs this season and the big forward has scored two in two from the club's pre-season campaign. He has plenty of creativity around him and if he can stay consistent, he will be worth the 8.5 price tag. He scored 11 and picked up four assists in 21 games last season and is always worth consideration.
MID - Christian Eriksen - The Danish playmaker was the standout performer from last season and is set for another impressive campaign as he will have a regular starting role. Eriksen scored seven goals and picked up eight assists in 25 appearances and will be a better player from his experiences last year. At 8.0, he would appear to be the best option in the Spurs side from a fantasy perspective as he will also take control of set-pieces.
