The Blues left-back posted a short but sweet appraisal of his side's pre-season preparations on Twitter.
As far as Filipe Luis is concerned, there is no need for long speeches or essays ahead of Chelsea's new campaign.
Their Premier League season begins next Monday, while the Champions League, Capital One Cup and FA Cup also await the Blues over the coming months.
A 2-0 win against Real Sociedad was the perfect way to finish their pre-season campaign - and Luis's summation of Chelsea's preparations was simple but effective in equal measure.
'We are ready,' he tweeted after Diego Costa's double secured victory for Jose Mourinho's side ahead of the new season.
And, as short as that three-word message was, Chelsea's rivals might just be taking note.
This summer, the west London side have spent huge amounts on adding to a squad already bursting with talent. Costa, Luis and Cesc Fabregas have been the Blues' main additions, with the trio's signings prompting pundits across the board to tip Mourinho's men as their title favourites.
In the early stages of pre-season, however, the likes of Manchester City, Manchester United, Arsenal and Liverpool might have ignored all the talk.
Now, though, with Chelsea coming out of a sequence of friendlies looking much sharper, at the same time as Man City slumped to a 3-0 defeat in the Community Shield, the talk might be viewed as reality.
As Luis puts it, the Blues certainly do look ready, which is bad news for their rivals - and will perhaps be bad news for Burnley come next Monday, when Mourinho's side visit Turf Moor.
