Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare single player gameplay vid is promising

Call Of Duty Advanced Warfare Single Player Gameplay Collapse Screen 1

Sledgehammer Games attended Xbox’s Gamescom conference today to show off some new gameplay footage of the single player campaign in CoD: Advanced Warfare.

Another Gamescom video here from today’s Xbox conference in Germany. This time it’s the turn of Sledgehammer Games to showcase some single player gameplay for Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare.

Yesterday the Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare multiplayer was revealed in a fast-paced and exciting new trailer. Today things were slowed down, but only slightly, to let us take a look at the ‘Collapse’ level in the single player mode. Taking place in San Francisco, California, we’re shown how the mission plays out as we move from a car chase across the freeway, to a firefight on the Golden Gate bridge.

Rivalling a blockbuster movie, the gameplay showcases some of the new tech we’ll get our hands on next month, such as the exoskeleton, grenades, rifles, and a whole load of drones. Check out the trailer below, and tell me you’re not impressed.

Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare is due for release on 4th November 2014 for PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One and PC.
