Tottenham transfer news: £10m winger speaks on his future, no offers made for Liverpool star

Tottenham Hotspur target and PSV winger Memphis Depay has remained coy on his future.

The 20-year-old had an impressive 2014 World Cup for the Netherlands in Brazil and helped the Oranje reach the semi-finals of the tournament.

The youngster has since been linked with a move to White Hart Lane, and he himself has refused to completely rule out leaving his Eindhoven-based club.

Speaking to NOS after PSV’s 3-1 victory over Willem II in their opening Eredivisie game of the season, Depay, who is rated at £10 million, said: ‘People have asked already hundred times about my future, so I don’t want to talk about it anymore. We will see, but for now I am a player from PSV’.

Another player linked with a move to the North London club is Liverpool defender Daniel Agger. The 29-year-old Denmark international centre-back has been at Anfield since 2006, but he has been strongly linked with a move away from the Merseyside outfit this summer.

However, Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers has said that no offer has been made for the former Brondby star.

‘I’ve seen some stories on that but, no, we haven’t had any enquiries’, London24 quotes him as saying. ‘Dan’s still getting some work done on his knee, he’s been a bit unfortunate since America. He’s still getting treatment but we haven’t had anything, no offers’.
