Chelsea beat Ferencvaros 2-1, thanks to a late Cesc Fabregas goal.
Chelsea edged a 2-1 pre-season with over Ferencvaros, which at half-time it had looked as though it was not going to go in their favour.
Hesitant defending was pounced upon by a clinical Zoltan Gera, before Ramires and Cesc Fabregas struck in the second half.
Just one pre-season game, against Real Sociedad remains, and manager Jose Mourinho is getting closer to the point where he has to pick his side for the opening day of the season.
One of the big questions will come at full-back, where Chelsea must decide which of Cesar Azpilicueta, Branislav Ivanovic and new signing Filipe Luis will get the nod to start.
The Brazilian is acclimatising to his new club and teammates, and looking at a snapshot of social media reaction to his performance against Ferencvaros, fans may well feel that leaving him on the bench for the early encounters may be beneficial.
Ivanovic and Azpilicueta were excellent last season, and with a tricky trip to Burnley's Turf Moor due on Monday Night Football, they may just be the safe bet.
Here is a look at how Chelsea supporters reacted to Luis's first half display, the newly turned 29-year-old substituted at half-time:
Bit worried about Filipe Luis at left back. Won't be surprised if Dave starts there vs Burnley. #CFC— H (@EdDeGoeyCFC) August 10, 2014
Filipe Luis has been very poor the entire preseason #cfc— Daniel Howells (@DanHowellsRSA) August 10, 2014
Is it just me or is Fillipe Luis been disappointing this pre-season #cfc— Dani (@dove600) August 10, 2014
Luis's willingness to cross early (effectively) will be a nice feature this year after a year of Brana's hoofs from out wide #cfc— Craigos (@Craigos0) August 10, 2014
For a "best left back in the world" last season, Filipe Luis doesn't convince at either end.— Danny (@DannyDoes) August 10, 2014
I've got a Asier Del Horno-esq feeling about Filipe Luis. I just dunno why.— Shivam Manghnani (@shivamLM) August 10, 2014
