David Wyles and Luca Ferrari, co-heads of Greenhill’s European Corporate Advisory business, said, 'We are delighted to have someone of Ken’s experience join Greenhill. His career has spanned leading companies to running large government departments to acting as a strategic and investment banking adviser. He brings a wealth of relationships across the healthcare sector, with governments and across many other areas, in particular, business services. We have a strong healthcare franchise globally, including advising on the largest healthcare deal completed so far this year, Actavis’ $28bn acquisition of Forest Laboratories, and Ken’s relationships will help us to build on this success'.
