A number of former Manchester United stars reunited to take on Salford City.
A number of former Manchester United stars were back in action on Thursday night, playing a pre-season friendly against Salford City.
The non-league side are jointly owned by Paul Scholes, the Neville brothers, Ryan Giggs and Nicky Butt, and they put together their own 'Class of 92 and friends' side to take them on.
Robbie Savage, a trainee of the same side, and Ben Thornley, whose United career was stunted by injury, also featured, as did John O'Kane, David May and Mikael Silvestre.
Another former United trainee, Danny Webber, was in the ground, and tweeted a photo of the team lining up ahead of kick-off, while BBC Radio Manchester posted a picture of Gary Neville warming up.
Salford City won the game 5-1, with Ryan Giggs scoring from the penalty spot for the 'Class of 92'.
Proceeds from the match are going to the club, who play in the Evo-Stik First Division North.
