A selection of the latest transfer stories involving Tottenham Hotspur this Thursday evening
Tottenham have yet to make a bid for PSV striker Memphis Depay according to Sky Sports, after reports suggested that Spurs were going to make an offer for the forward, which will have involved Nacer Chadli going in the opposite direction.
Manchester United are also rumoured to be interested in Depay, who impressed under Louis van Gaal at the World Cup during their run to the semi-finals in Brazil.
A PSV Eindhoven spokesperson said: "There has been no contact from Spurs whatsoever.
"Our sporting director Marcel Brands stated to Dutch media yesterday that he expects Memphis to stay at the club and Nacer Chadli is not of interest to us."
Spurs may now bid £15 million for the player according to the Evening Standard, with Chadli rejecting the move, and PSV also not holding an interest in the player.
The club are still interested in signing Depay despite not being able to use Chadli as part of the deal.
The Mail has picked up on quotes from Goal, where Keller says: "Spurs is a tricky place to play. They're a team that has a lot of turnover in players. Spurs are a team that has the money, and they are always looking for a bargain, but it's a tough place to go."
