"Great experience and we've won, too. Looking forward to learning and progressing more this season."
Those were the words of Wilfried Zaha after his Manchester United side overcame Liverpool to win the Guinness International Champions Cup in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
And despite rumours persisting that the former Crystal Palace player could be heading for the Old Trafford exit, those comments suggest he is going absolutely nowhere.
Louis van Gaal has already gone on record to say Zaha has a future at the club...if he adapts. And it seems Zaha may be willing to do just that after commenting about both "learning" and "progressing".
The fact that the Instagram message was accompanied by a photograph of van Gaal addressing Zaha says it all. Perhaps finally the penny has dropped and the young winger knows he will rarely get chances like this one - to learn from one of the very best managers in the game.
He would have thought that was a certainty after signing for Sir Alex Ferguson's United, but the Scot departed soon after and last season under David Moyes, Zaha had a campaign to forget.
But it seems the signs now point to the 21-year-old remaining at the club and learning from the Dutch master. And if he takes everything on board, there is no reason he cannot become an integral part of this new United team.
