For the second time this month, Atletico Madrid fans have voiced their desire to see Fernando Torres return to the club.
Torres departed for Liverpool in 2007 before switching to Chelsea in 2011, but has been linked with a return this summer.
Jose Mourinho commented only yesterday to SkySports that he did not want to sell the Spaniard:
"No. Three strikers is fundamental in a squad and we have three strikers; Fernando, Didier and Diego so one of them is not going for sure."
The message did not get through to Atletico Madrid supporters however, who continued to show their affection for the 30-year-old.
Spanish newspaper AS report that at the unveiling of £24 million signing Antoine Griezmann, fans chanted for his comeback.
They report: "Messages could also be heard from the podium demanding the signing of Fernando Torres."
It is the second time this has happened this month, for at the unveiling of striker Mario Mandzukic, a similarly sized crowd of 6,000 fans.
Whether Mourinho changes his mind, may depend on whether an unexpected chance to sign a striker of his own arrives and appeals to the Chelsea boss.
Otherwise, Atletico fans may just have to wait another year for their dream arrival.
