The Brazilian injured his back in a World Cup quarter-final game with Colombia.
Brazilian striker Neymar looks to be recovering well from the injury that marred his World Cup campaign this summer.
The 22-year-old was ruled out of the semi-final and third-place play-off after sustaining an injury to his lower back in the quarter-final against Colombia.
But Neymar is now looking fresh following fracturing a vertebra in his spine, and is set to be fit for the start of the new La Liga season next month.
Neymar was pictured answering questions for fans at a sponsor event in Tokyo, and seemed to show no sign of struggle when moving.
His club side Barcelona will be highly encouraged by his speedy recovery from the injury, due to a shortage of strikers at the club for next month.
Lionel Messi is still on his holidays and will not return to training until late next week after he reached the World Cup final with Argentina, while new signing Luis Suarez is banned from playing until late October following his biting antics in the tournament. 23-year-old Bojan Krkic has also been offloaded to Stoke City, with Alexis Sanchez joining Arsenal in the Premier League.
Once all fit and firing, Barca should have an attack that rivals Real Madrid’s front three of Cristiano Ronaldo, Gareth Bale and Karim Benzema. The likes of Xavi and Andres Iniesta will also test themselves against new, big-money signings Toni Kroos and James Rodriguez at the European Champions.
