As the Gunners get stuck into training on the continent, one player highlighted a teammate that caused him all kinds of trouble during last night's session.
With Arsenal now in Austria for the next stage of their pre-season training there are plenty of updates coming from the players themselves as to which individuals are doing well, as well as the various training strategies on offer.
Young Spanish defender Hector Bellerin is very highly thought of at the Gunners, and took in a loan spell at Championship side Watford last season as he works his way closer to first team football at the Emirates.
But the former Barcelona youth was quick to mention a fellow Arsenal player that ran rings around him in training.
It's not surprising to find out that that the teammate who gave Bellerin such a hard time was his compatriot Santi Cazorla.
The former Malaga player has been linked with a return to La Liga this summer with Atletico said to be interested. Despite shining in the FA Cup final, Cazorla had a flatter season last year than he managed in his debut campaign in North London, and with the signing of Alexis Sanchez, may find his first team spot under threat.
Bellerin himself will hope to get a little more game time at Arsenal, though the signing of the versatile Callum Chambers may restrict him in his wish. In that case it is very likely that the 19-year-old may seek his own temporary switch back to Spain, with a loan move in his home country an excellent chance for him to get some regular top level football.
