Old Trafford club are reportedly ready to ratify a number of player sales according to the latest Manchester United transfer news.
According to overnight reports, a number of Manchester United players are linked with transfers away from the club, including Marouane Fellaini and Shinji Kagawa.
The Daily Express imply the versatile Belgian midfielder, who has struggled to make as big an impact at the Theatre of Dreams as he did for his previous employer Everton, has held "secret talks" with AS Napoli - yet Goal.com have since claimed that talks have "stalled" with the Serie A side.
The Independent, meanwhile, are confident that both players will be imminently sold.
Also heading out of the club could be Javier Hernandez, Nani and Ashley Young.
News of a mega sale at Old Trafford quickly circulated through the Twitter-sphere and the majority of fans supported the idea of an exodus providing they aided the club's recruitment policy.
Thus far, United have added teenage defender Luke Shaw and Spanish midfielder Ander Herrera to their roster of players but have long been linked with Mats Hummels or even Marco Reus.
Both players currently represent Borussia Dortmund and so it is believed that Kagawa could be used as a makeweight in any player-plus-cash deal for either centre back Hummels or the attacker, Reus.
I hope Woodward makes Reus his number one target. Dortmund can take who ever they want. Young Nani Anderson Cleverly Kagawa Fellaini. #MUFC— Shaiyan Van Fiazi (@ShaiyanF) July 29, 2014
I understand why people want Fellaini gone, but what has kagawa done to still be at our club? #mufc— xrjhx (@RyanHairsine) July 29, 2014
Remember players will leave #mufc as well. Chicharito is linked with Inter & Atletico, Nani with Juve, Kagawa Dortmund-comeback?— Guncel Ömer (@Gunc3L) July 29, 2014
