Former Newcastle loanee Luuk de Jong has found the net for the first time in 2014.
It's fair to say Luuk de Jong's time in the Premier League was not what he had hoped.
In 12 appearances for Newcastle during his loan earlier this year, he failed to find the net, and was unsuccessful in earning a transfer to the club.
Borussia Moenchengladbach wanted rid, and managed to ship him out this summer after two poor seasons in Germany, selling him to PSV for £4 million.
The 23-year-old had cost triple that when he signed for the Bundesliga side from Twente, but scored only eight goals for them.
It appears he is glad to be back at a Dutch side, scoring on his for PSV on Thursday evening, in a 1-1 friendly draw with Hertha Berlin.
Former Everton defender Johnny Heitinga scored for the German side.
De Jong has a long way to go to recapture the form which saw him net 32 goals in one season for Twente three years back, but he is at least off to a confidence building start.
