A triple transfer deal between Tottenham and Swansea has now been confirmed.
Davies has signed a five-year deal at White Hart Lane, while Vorm has agreed a four year contract.
In what is a double swoop for Spurs from the Welsh club, the deal will also see midfielder Gylfi Sigurdsson going the other way. The 24-year-old will return to the Liberty Stadium where he had a successful loan spell with the club in 2011/12.
The deal was believed to be Davies and Vorm for Sigurdsson and around £5million, putting to an end days of speculation.

It seemed earlier in the month that Liverpool would be the club that snatched Davies and Vor, from Swansea, but a disagreement over fees and personal terms reportedly ended any possibility of the deals being done.
The recruitment of Vorm has been questioned in areas of the press, as one of the Premier League’s best goalkeepers seems content to settle for a place on the bench behind Spurs’ number one Hugo Lloris. Brad Friedel is also still on the books at Tottenham, having supplied back-up to the French captain last season.
Davies’ appointment though is set to be one of the signings of the summer, as the London club bag an agile, disciplined full-back who also loves to bomb forward. At just 21-years of age, Davies is also a long-term prospect for the club, as Mauricio Pochettino looks to build a squad capable of winning trophies in the coming years.
Sigurdsson back to Swansea also represents a good deal for Garry Monk’s side, having already lost Michu and Jonathan De Guzman already this summer.
Who has got the better end of the triple deal between Spurs and Swansea?
