Sebastian Giovinco has been left in limbo by Juventus and the change in coach doesn't seem to have made any difference.
Giovinco was seen as a peripheral figure by Antonio Conte and he struggled to get game time last season with Carlos Tevez and Fernando Llorente forming a front two.
Arsenal and Tottenham were linked with the diminutive forward who is nicknamed the 'Atomic Ant', but as yet no concrete approach has been made from any side.
Giovinco's agent Andrea D'Amico has been waiting for talks with Juventus directors and has shown signs of frustration at being a low priority.
It has been suggested that new boss Massimiliano Allegri might give Giovinco a fresh start in Turin, but the player's representative responded without enthusiasm.
"Conte wanted him at Juventus, but Allegri is too intelligent not to take into account Giovinco's qualities.
"I haven't spoken with the new coach or the club yet, but how can you question his quality?"
With Giovinco's current deal ending next summer there is still the possibility another club could swoop and try and get a bargain.
Giovinco was seen as one of Italy's brightest prospects on his way through the Juventus youth set-up, but now 27 he hasn't quite fulfilled that promise.
