In the build up to the release of TLOU on PS4 news about the game is hitting the media thick and fast. We’ve rounded up some of the recent developments.

The Last of Us Remastered is due out for PS4 becoming a game with the rare privilege of being hyped up twice as a console exclusive.

If you’re waiting for TLOU Remastered we have trawled through the gaming press to round up the latest rumours and news about the game.

Gamepur reported this week that the TLOU Remastered allegedly requires 50GB free HDD space to install. This was spotted on the packaging of a retail version of the game.

After news leaked last week that new DLC was planned for The Last of Us Remastered, it has since been clarified that this is indeed the case. Naughty Dog mouthpiece Arne Meyer has since told Digital Spy that future DLC will "definitely not" involve any more single player story campaigns however, adding, "We do have some DLC planned, it'll be multiplayer focused. We're not ready to talk about the details yet, but throughout the rest of the year we'll have some DLC drops."

If you’re keen to see some more in-game screenshots a trove has been posted online from the early stages of the game (possible spoilers) by NeoGAF user brotkasten who appears to have got a copy early. Here’s one of them below.

While Sony won’t be offering a discount for PS3 gamers who already have TLOU an image posted on Reddit hints that GameSpot at least may be offering a half price trade in deal if you have a physical copy.

Finally for TLOU fans inspired by the games acting a live performance of selected scenes from the game will be performed on July 28th by Troy Baker, Ashley Johnson, Merle Dandridge, Hana Hayes, and Annie Wersching who respectively play Joel, Ellie, Marlene, Sarah, and Tess. The performance was announced on the PlayStation blog and will be accompanied by pieces from the soundtrack performed  by composer  Gustavo Santaolalla. Those unable to attend the performance at the Broad Stage in Santa Monica, California (tickets are free) will be able to watch a live stream on Twitch, YouTube or the PlayStation Live Events viewer.

Below is a trailer for the show, it’s scheduled for at 7 pm PT / 3 am UK time.
