Arsenal star is happy to return to training with his Gunners team-mates.

Arsenal are slowly beginning to benefit from a full complement of players as established first-teamers return to training ahead of the new season.

Arsenal are ready to take over New York City due to promotional obligations and a friendly against Thierry Henry's New York Red Bulls team - and one player is raring to go; creative midfielder Santi Cazorla.

Cazorla had been linked with a transfer away from North London, with Atletico Madrid rumoured to be interested in bringing the player back to Spain two years after he signed for the Gunners following a £20 milloin move from Malaga.

The 29-year-old, though, appears intent on staying with Arsene Wenger after his manager has buoyed the club and it's fans due to elite-level acquisitions such as Mathieu Debuchy and Alexis Sanchez, both of whom starred for their respective nations - France and Chile - at the recent World Cup tournament in Brazil.

Arsenal take on New York at the Red Bull Arena on Saturday, July 26.
