Arsenal transfer news: Ospina announcement today? Cut price deal for Carvalho

Arsene Wenger In Emirates Press Conference

A round up of transfer stories this morning about Arsenal.

RMC have claimed that Arsenal will complete a deal for Nice goalkeeper David Ospina at some point today.

The Colombian impressed at the World Cup, which appears to have triggered Arsenal’s interest.

Arsenal are thought to be paying around £4 million to secure the 25-year-old on a long term deal.

The Mirror claims Arsenal have been told they’ll have to pay at least £24 million for midfielder William Carvalho.

The 22-year-old Sporting Lisbon midfielder is rated as one of the best midfielder prospects in the game.

Manchester United have also been linked with making bids for him over the course of the summer.

German daily tabloid Bild claims Real Madrid are ready to include Sami Khedira in a deal for James Rodriguez.

Rodriguez is currently in Madrid as Los Blancos try to get a big money deal tied up ahead of next season.

They reportedly don’t have a problem with including Khedira in the deal if Monaco make that demand.
