Manchester United are heading to the USA today for their pre-season tour, and some of their players could not help but pose for photos.
Manchester United revealed the 25-man squad that would be heading to the USA for their pre-season preparations, and shortly after, those same players were on their way.
As is so often the case in the age of social media, some of the players took to Twitter and Instagram to post pictures of themselves and their teammates at the airport.
New signing Ander Herrera appears to have made a quick friend as he posed with winger Ashley Young. While Wilfried Zaha was surely hoping he enjoys a pre-season campaign similar to last year as he posed with Japanese play-maker Shinji Kagawa.
In total, Louis van Gaal is taking 25 United players with him to America, and for Herrera and fellow new signing Luke Shaw it will be the chance to get to know their new teammates both on and off the pitch.
As for the likes of Zaha and Kagawa, they will be hoping that van Gaal sees enough in them to give them more chances than they have enjoyed in recent times, most specifically when it comes to the young England winger.
