Chelsea transfer news: Pogba to get new deal, Ba and Mikel linked with exits

A round up of transfer stories this morning about Chelsea.

Juventus will reportedly offer Paul Pogba a new deal to stop him leaving the club.

The Frenchman has been linked with several top European sides, but the Italian champions are keen to keep him.

Pogba’s agent recently described speculation over a move to the Blues as ‘fantasy’.

Chelsea forward Demba Ba is reportedly close to signing for Turkish club Besiktas.

Ba found opportunities hard to come by at the Blues last season, which has led to the idea he could leave this summer.

Reports suggest the forward is rated at around the £8 million mark, with the Turkish giants interested.

Chelsea midfielder John Obi Mikel is being linked with a move to Serie A.

Inter Milan have previously linked with the holding player, who may be forced to leave to find more regular first team football.

The arrival of Nemanja Matic last winter has seen Mikel pushed down the pecking order in his position.
