A selection of the latest news surrounding Liverpool Football Club this Monday morning.

Liverpool forward Iago Aspas looks set to leave the club after a disappointing first season at Anfield by joining La Liga side Sevilla on loan, according to the Liverpool Echo.

Aspas only scored the one goal last season in an FA Cup tie against Oldham Athletic and managing director Ian Ayre has flown to Seville to do a deal.

The Reds are still hoping to land left-back Alberto Moreno from the Europa League winners. The Reds bid of £16 million was initially rejected but the club is said to be hoping to agree a compromise.

The Daily Mirror has suggested that deal of £18 million could be reached, and that Ayre will have discussed the possible transfer of Moreno with the club. Their report also suggests that Swansea City's Ben Davies could also be bought as well as Moreno.

Another man from Swansea that has been linked with Liverpool is striker Wilfried Bony with the Daily Telegraph suggesting the Reds are considering a move for the Ivory Coast international. There have been reports that he has a clause in the region of £19 million in his contract, but the Daily Mirror has reported that Swansea chairman Huw Jenkins is after a higher figure for the forward.

Finally, Andre Wisdom could be in line for another spell on loan away from Anfield according to the Daily Mail.

The defender spent last season on loan at Derby County under Steve McClaren, but West Bromwich Albion are said to be interested in the 21-year-old.
