Arturo Vidal and Manchester United links grow

Arturo Vidal continues to be linked with a move to Manchester United and rumours suggest a possible transfer is nearing. Spanish newspaper Marca claim Vidal is 'close' to sealing his move to Old Trafford, for a reported fee of £40 million plus Patrice Evra. Vidal earlier in the day was reported by a newspaper in his native Chile to have discussed the links as flattering. Talk is even turning to potential replacement at Juventus, with the Telegraph linking Tottenham midfielder Paulinho, and the Italian press suggesting Fredy Guarin of Inter Milan.

Newcastle United have clinched the signing of Remy Cabella

Newcastle have sealed a deal for Montpellier playmaker Remy Cabella after a year-long pursuit of the Frenchman. Cabella, reports L'Equipe, has signed a six-year deal. Newcastle will pay €10 million for the 23-year-old, who will be expected to fill the void left by Yohan Cabaye, who was sold to PSG in January.

Liverpool double swoop on?

As Lazar Markovic arrives at Liverpool for his medical to complete a £20 million move, the Reds are said to be near to agreeing a deal for left-back Alberto Moreno. The Mirror report that Liverpool managing director Ian Ayre has flown to Sevilla to finalise an agreement over a £18 million transfer. 

West Ham agree Enner Valencia transfer

West Ham have agreed the £12 million signing of striker Enner Valencia, report The Telegraph. Valencia impressed for Ecuador in the World Cup group stages scoring three times, and switches from Mexican side Pachuca.
