The 17-year-old Belgian midfielder is expected to be the next superstar to come out of a nation that cannot stop producing quality young footballers.
Tielemans is a holding midfielder who can also play in a more advanced role as a box-to-box midfielder and the Anderlecht star possesses great vision and tactical knowledge of the game for such a young player.
Chelsea are reportedly interested in Tielemans and Jose Mourinho was spotted watching the youngster as well as Thorgan Hazard at the end of last season.
He made his breakthrough last season, and made 28 appearances for Anderlecht in all competitions, scoring twice in a successful campaign that also saw him become the youngest Belgian to play in the Champions League at the age of 16 years, 4 months and 25 days.
The youngster has been at Anderlecht since he was five and has represented Belgium 17 times at youth-levels and is currently playing for the under-21 side despite being just 17.
Anderlecht continued their pre-season campaign with a 2-1 win against Ukrainian side Dynamo Kiev on Friday night, and Tielemans impressed with another composed and dominant display from the centre of midfield.
He has plenty to learn, which goes without saying for a 17-year-old but the potential he has already shown would make him a fantastic signing if Chelsea, or any other Premier League side can secure his signature.
Vincent Kompany and Romelu Lukaku have both become huge stars after learning the game at Anderlecht and Tielemans looks destined to be the next major success to come out of the Brussels-based club.
Arsenal, Tottenham and Manchester City have also been linked with a move for the midfielder in the past and Chelsea will hope to wrap up any signing before their rivals step in, if Mourinho chooses to press on with a move.
