Yes, John Ruddy conceded goal after goal to the Uruguayan - and former Liverpool striker Robbie Fowler has picked up on those past fixtures in an attempt to cheer Reds fans up over social media.

Indeed, there is no doubting that Ruddy had the rawest end of the deal when Suarez faced the Canaries, with the Uruguayan scoring no less than three hat-tricks against Norwich.

Last season's three-goal offering was particularly memorable, with Suarez showing just what a complete forward he is.
