Tottenham Hotspur transfer news: Pochettino setback as Liverpool move in for Bony and Davies

A round up of transfer stories about Tottenham Hotspur this morning.

Reports claim Tottenham have had a double deal for goalkeeper Michel Vorm and left-back Ben Davies rejected.

The key Swansea City duo have both been heavily linked with moves to White Hart Lane over the last couple of weeks.

However, Swansea chairman Huw Jenkins is thought to be holding out for the top end valuation on both players.

The Daily Mail claims Spurs could face competition for Davies from Liverpool, who are also reportedly interested in striker Wilfried Bony.

Bony is the third Swansea player Spurs are thought to be interested in brining to White Hart Lane.

The Mail suggests Bony is rated at around the £20 million mark although claims either club could still do a deal for him.

Reports are still hovering around, suggesting Spurs could make a move for German talent Julian Draxler.

Draxler was the subject of interest from Arsenal last winter, with the Schalke star unable to get a deal agreed with the Gunners.

Spurs could now make an audacious bid for the forward although it’s unlikely that he’ll leave the Bundesliga.
