The traditional red strip features the iconic Adidas three stripes on the shoulders, as well as faint pinstripes. The Forest crest is in its usual position, and features two stars, representing the two European Cups won in the club's glory years under Brian Clough.
The red shirt will be matched with the familiar white shorts and red socks.
The home shirt is perhaps only bettered by the club's away strip, which was unveiled on Twitter a month ago.
The white away shirt features more prominent red pinstripes, and has a real retro feel to it. That could be due to the current lack of a shirt sponsor. The club is yet to secure a kit sponsorship deal, and last year Forest owner Fawaz Al-Hasawi's company - Fawaz Air Conditioning - filled the void.
Forest fans have high hopes for next season after missing out on the playoffs in 2013-14. They will hope that the Reds can match their classy kits with some stylish football at the City Ground next year.
