Considering the number of central midfield options at the club, Piazon will have to play out of his skin in the pre-season friendly games to get noticed and to give himself a glimmer of hope next season.

The striker has made it clear that he’s looking to stay and fight for his place and he’s going to have to work extremely hard over the next month if he doesn’t want to spend a lot of time next season on the bench.
