The 2013 Football League Young Player of the Year, who ended last season on loan at Crystal Palace, was a free agent after his contract with the Tangerines expired.
“I have unfinished business at this level. I spent a great six months this year at Palace and like I say, this could hopefully be my first full season in the Premier League."
“Further down the line in years to come when I get older, maybe in my career if that opportunity to play abroad is still there then of course it will always be something on my mind that I want to do."
“Sometimes you have to go with your heart and to be given an opportunity to play again in the Premier League is a fantastic opportunity for me and one that I’m relishing."
Ince becomes Steve Bruce's third summer signing, following the arrival of midfielders Jake Livermore and Robert Snodgrass, with the duo joining from Tottenham and Norwich respectively."

The career path of Tom Ince baffles me— simon crosse (@simoncrosse) July 8, 2014
So Tom Ince turned down Inter & then moved to Hull..... Something doesn't add up!— zac (@zdan91) July 8, 2014
Just hearing Tom Ince has rejected a move to Monaco and Inter in favour of Hull. Hope his medical contains an intensive head check #AimLow— Top Bonarna (@AlBonar10) July 8, 2014
Tom Ince chose Hull over Inter Milan, if true just let that sink in. This is why the English team will remain mediocre, safe choice ahoy.— Andrew Guttridge (@AndrewGuttridge) July 8, 2014
Tom Ince - from possibly joining Inter Milan to....Hull City.— The Football Front (@ReviewFootball) July 7, 2014
Tom Ince needs to stop...doing...things. Turned down Inter (for Hull) as he has "unfinished business in the Premier League". You're 22, man!— Huw Davies (@thehuwdavies) July 1, 2014
