Erik Lamela has showcased his new boots, which he will hope brings him more luck next season.
And he has been making it clear recently on Twitter that he is back in action and ready for a far improved campaign this time around.
The Argentine international had a woeful season last year. He struggled to settle into London life and a persistent back injury left him on the side-lines for much of the season. The change of managers was also not conducive to a dream term.
In the end he spent much of his time back in his native Argentina getting himself into shape ahead of the new season.
Now he has been showcasing his arrival back in London for pre-season and the club have been posting pictures of the £30 million winger in action - as countryman Mauricio Pochettino looks set to give him plenty of first-team opportunities next season.
And now Lamela has revealed the boots he will be wearing for the new season. The adidas sponsored athlete has been showing off the rather garish pink and blue design on Twitter.
Spurs fans won't care what his boots look like as long as he uses them to score goals and live up to his potential - and price-tag.
