Report: Morata only wants Juventus

According to Italian newspaper Tuttosport, Real Madrid striker Alvaro Morata has his heart set on signing for Serie A champions Juventus.

Alvaro Morata has been linked with Arsenal, Liverpool and Tottenham, but Italian press reports suggest that he wants to join Juventus this summer.

The 21-year-old has become unsettled at Real Madrid where he feels undervalued and he has indicated that he would like a fresh start.

Morata scored some inspired goals last season and put himself firmly in the shop window, attracting interest from all over Europe.

But according to Tuttosport, Morata has rejected out of hand the chance to sign for German side Wolfsburg or French money men Monaco.

The paper reports that both sides have tabled offers that met with the approval of Real Madrid president Florentino Perez but Morata has been unmoved.

Morata has reportedly turned down the opportunity to earn just under £16 million in five years because he would rather play for Juventus.

The Old Lady are expected to send representatives to the Spanish capital in the near future to try and progress talks for Morata.

Juventus are also trying to lure Barcelona forward Alexis Sanchez, who is a target for several other top European clubs, and the two players' futures could be linked.
