Evolve closed alpha test sign ups are now open

Turtle Rock Studios and 2K Games new monster hunter title has opened up closed alpha test sign ups, but only for US residents on PC this time.

One of the most anticipated games of the year, Evolve, casts players as one of four monster hunters who must work together to track and kill a huge monster – however, that monster is another player too.

With the announcement of the game earlier this year, to the snippets of footage and E3 coverage last month, Evolve is looking like a solid and exciting title. Over on the game’s forums the Community Manager, Jess Damerst, announced the opening of closed alpha test sign ups.

The alpha test will unfortunately only be available to a small limited number of residents in the US, with ‘very specific PC sepcifications.’ Jess has said that, “this Alpha test is just the beginning and it won't be your last opportunity to help us test before launch.” So, some good news there for other players around the world, perhaps - we do know that Xbox One owners will get access to an exclusive open beta at some point before launch.

Take a look at the Alpha test info image below, and head to the forum page here to sign up as soon as possible, as the list of names is to be confirmed tomorrow - 5th July.
