A round up of transfer stories this morning about Arsenal.

Arsenal are reportedly looking to hijack any Liverpool deal for Barcelona winger Alexis Sanchez.

The Chilean wide man could be part of a deal that sees Luis Suarez move to the Nou Camp, but the Gunners are reportedly interested in making a move of their own.

Several sources suggest the club have already made an offer of around £25 million, short of Barca’s £32 million valuation.

The Daily Mail claims Arsenal are confident of signing Loic Remy on a deal this summer.

The Frenchman has been suggested as the Gunners’ summer striker signing as Arsene Wenger looks to improve the attack of his team.

He’s got a current price of £8 million, which would allow the club to trigger a clause in his contract.

FC Porto striker Jackson Martinez says it would be difficult to turn down a move to Arsenal.

The Colombian striker has supported the Gunners since childhood and has been frequently linked with moves to the Emirates Stadium.

“As a child I cheered for Arsenal, they play a game that suits me. If I had the occasion to play there, I would say yes,” said the forward.
