Ubisoft’s Assassin’s Creed Unity website allows users to create their own look for one of the game’s assassin’s that could win a spot in a new advert.
‘Create your assassin’ it says – “where’s the rest of the colour spectrum?” I say. Over on the Assassin’s Creed Unity website there’s a competition of sorts, which allows you to alter the look of an assassin and be in with a chance of your creation appearing in the next AC: Unity TV spot.
You can switch between the assassin’s upper and lower body, his hood, skin tone and weapons. The colour palette is pretty much just made up of dark muddy colours, with the odd red, green, and what can only be described as mustard, thrown into the mix.
Take a look at the character I created below, I’ve named him ‘Colonel Mustard’ (for obvious reasons), and he likes to swan about the streets of Paris with his ever-so discreet mace at his hip. He’s also the closest I could get to creating an assassin dressed in bright pink and turquoise tie-dye; which would have made any new TV spot all the better, but what can you do, eh?
If there's one good thing to come from Colonel Mustard's appearance, it's that if he wins the chance to appear in the ad, it won't be too difficult to spot him.
