Leeds United goalkeeper Paddy Kenny has a lot of work to do to get in shape for next season.
Leeds United goalkeeper Paddy Kenny joined up with his team-mates at Leeds' Thorp Arch training centre last week for pre-season training, but looked a little worse for wear.
The experienced goalkeeper is thought to be on the list of possible departures at Leeds United this summer as the club have already been linked with number of goalkeepers that could potentially replace him in the Leeds team.
Jack Butland, who replaced Kenny for a short period last season, has been linked with possible return to Elland Road after he admitted earlier this month it was a possibility. But, Massimo Cellino could opt for Inter Milan youngster Raffaele Di Gennaro after reports last week linked him with a move to Leeds, along with Nicola Salerno.
Last season, the 36-year-old goalkeeper made 30 appearances for Leeds but found himself displaced when McDermott brought in Jack Butland from Stoke.
It seems, in his current shape, that Leeds may struggle finding a new club for the keeper and a tough pre-season will be needed for Kenny if he is to play first-team football next season.
