Tin Jedvaj and Alen Halilovic were both set to arrive when they turned 18. But of course neither person actually made the move to White Hart Lane. Instead Jedvaj joined Roma, and has since moved again to Bayer Leverkusen.
Halilovic on the other hand joins Barcelona tomorrow after agreeing a move to arrive at the club in January.
Trying for Tonny
Arsenal were being heavily linked with a move for Paraguayan forward Antonio Sanabria. The Barcelona youngster was after a move to have a better chance at first-team football. The then 17-year-old was being linked with following the likes of Cesc Fabregas, Hector Bellerin, Jon Toral and many others who swapped Barca for The Gunners.
However 'Tonny' has since signed for AS Roma and been co-owned out to fellow Serie A side Sassuolo for a €4.5 million fee.
Room for Bruma
The flying winger Bruma emerged as a transfer target, and considering his brother was a former Chelsea player and current Fulham man, it seemed they had a good chance if snapping him up.
Unfortunately however Bruma signed for Galatasaray for a fee of €10 million. But he has struggled with knee problems since his move and he is expected to move on loan to Gaziantepspor on loan next season.
