Hull City look to have won the race for Tom Ince ahead of Crystal Palace, Stoke City and Inter Milan as Steve Bruce continues to strengthen his squad.
The 22-year-old winger has been in demand since the end of the last campaign with several clubs interested in the exciting Englishman.
He spent the second half of last season on loan at Crystal Palace from Championship side Blackpool but his contract has expired with The Seasiders and Ince looks set to join Hull City.
Crystal Palace paid £1.5 million to take Ince on loan for five months but he only made eight appearances under Tony Pulis, scoring one goal which came in his debut against West Brom in February.

The young winger, who scored 31 goals in 100 appearances for Blackpool, turned down a move to Inter Milan earlier this month and will have another chance to showcase his talents in the Premier League with last season's FA Cup finalists.
Ince will further strengthen The Tigers side after Jake Livermore signed on a permanent basis from Spurs while a deal for Robert Snodgrass is all but done as well.
Hull will reportedly have to pay £8 million for Ince - though the fee will be determined by a tribunal, and former club Blackpool will ask for the sum based on the fact that Crystal Palace paid £1.5 million for a five-month loan in January.
