This week has seen Barcelona front-man Alexis Sanchez at the centre of a mass transfer battle - as it became clear he was ready to venture away from Barca this summer.
The Chilean, who has starred at the World Cup in Brazil, is ready to quit the club for guaranteed playing time and plenty of Premier League teams have shown an interest.
The fact is, nobody knows where he is going, just that he looks set to go.
Although, some reports in Italy are suggesting that they do know exactly where Alexis wants to play his football next season. Unfortunately, if these reports prove accurate, Alexis will not be playing in the Premier League next season.
According to Tuttosport Alexis has already agreed a a deal with Juventus to join the side from Barcelona. The deal will reportedly be worth €4.1 million, plus bonuses, to keep him in Turin for five years.
It is no surprise that Alexis would say yes to a move to the Bianconeri. He has friends at the club for one. Arturo Vidal and Mauricio Isla are Chile team-mates currently plying their trade under Antonio Conte.
Then there is the fact he has previous in the Italian league. Alexis played at Udinese for three seasons before making his switch to Spain - so he would certainly be very comfortable with a move to Juve.
But do not fear, this deal is far from wrapped up.
As much as Juventus want the player, they may have even agreed personal terms, they are believed to be reluctant on his asking price - a suggested €25 million, instead they want to spend the smaller figure of €18 million.
Hope yet for Premier League teams interested in Sanchez.
