A round up of transfer stories this morning about Manchester United.

The Guardian claims Luke Shaw has passed his medical ahead of a move to Manchester United.

The talented English left-back is expected to compete with Patrice Evra for a starting place under Louis van Gaal.

The deal is initially worth £27 million, rising to over £30 million once add-ons have been factored in.

The Daily Star claims United are wasting no time looking to back up a deal for Ander Herrera, with a £30 million move for Arturo Vidal.

The Chilean has been regularly linked with an Old Trafford switch although he’s not made it clear he’s looking for a move away from Serie A.

He’s expected to make a decision over his future once Chile’s association with the World Cup ends.

Former Manchester United forward Dion Dublin has urged the club to try and do a deal for another Juventus midfielder; Paul Pogba.

The Frenchman left Old Trafford to go and play in Serie A where he’s excelled consistently.

“He’s got energy, spark and a hunger Rooney has, he’s also very brave. He comes with a badboy image but he’s a quality footballer. Man United should get him back,” he told talkSPORT.
