France player ratings v Ecuador: Spurs keeper in clean sheet draw

Hugo Lloris made some good saves to keep a clean sheet in France's 0-0 draw with Ecuador, which made them eventual winners of Group E.

Hugo Lloris 7 - Made some decent stops and looked reassured as France’s last line.

Bacary Sagna 7 - Got forward well and put in some brilliant crosses to give France plenty of opportunities.

Laurent Koscielny 7 - Always looked solid at the back, has brought his club form with him to the World Cup.

Mamadou Sakho 5 - The most suspect defender in France’s camp, lucky to not get sent off for an elbow in the box.

Lucas Digne 7 - Looked the real part at the back, a somewhat unheard of name definitely will now have a lot of interest.

Antoine Griezmann 7 - Played another great game and brings another dimension to France’s attack. He is another to have impressed at this World Cup.

Paul Pogba 8 - The quality is there without a doubt and it’s fine tuning it into what can be utter world class. Should have scored.

Morgan Schneiderlin 6 - Went missing at times and didn’t really bring anything significant to the team.

Blaise Matuidi 6 - Mixed bag for Matuidi, made some errors but got away some good shots on target.

Moussa Sissoko 7 - Had a good game in fairness, but sometimes lacks that extra bit of class to make a real impact on the big games.

Karim Benzema 6 - After the first two games, it looked for the world that there would be goals from this man tonight. Alas on his best chance he shot down the throat of the keeper.

Raphael Varane 6 - Steadied the ship where Sakho could have potentially have capsized it.

Oliver Giroud 6 - Threatened when he came on and should have scored a header.

Remy - N/A
