Here are the sides for USA v Portugal tonight, kick-off at 23:00 GMT.
USA starting XI: Howard; Johnson, Cameron, Besler, Beasley; Beckerman, Jones; Bedoya, Bradley, Zusi; Dempsey
Portugal starting XI: Beto; Pereira, Costa, Alves, Almeida; Moutinho, Veloso, Meireles; Nani, Postiga, Ronaldo.
USA will be looking to follow up their win over Ghana by taking advantage of a decimated Portugal.
Jurgen Klinsmann's side scored early on to open the scoring against Ghana, but it took a late John Brooks goal to claim the win, leading USA in a strong position after one round of games. And having seen Germany's draw with Ghana, a victory tonight will secure their passage into the knockout rounds.
They are without the physical presence of striker Jozy Altidore tonight, meaning there's a slight reshuffle with CLint Dempsey moving forward as the lone striker and Sporting Kansas City midfielder Graham Zusi coming into the side.
Meanwhile, Portugal's campaign got off to catastrophically bad start, losing 4-0 to Germany - and as if that wasn't bad enough, Pepe was sent off, Fabio Coentrao picked up a tournament-ending injury and there remained fears over Cristiano Ronaldo's health.
The Real Madrid star has been passed fit to play though, but there are plenty of changes. Goalkeeper Rui Patricio and striker Hugo Almeida have both paid for poor displays against the Germans as Beto and Helder Postiga come in respectively. Ricardo Costa and Andre Almeida also come into the back four in place of Pepe and Coentrao.
Portugal will be looking for a big response tonight, but with the team in such disarray, USA could smell blood tonight.
