Uruguay coach Oscar Tabarez is angry that details of his side's closed training sessions have been leaked to the press.

Oscar Tabarez has angrily suggested that his team's secrets have been appearing in public ahead of Uruguay's crunch match against England on Thursday.

The pressure is intense for Uruguay to save their World Cup campaign after a shock opening loss to Costa Rica.

But the South American champions will be up against an England team also needing a victory after their 2-1 loss to Italy.

There has been intense speculation over whether or not Liverpool star striker Luis Suarez will be fit to play against England and it seems that some press sources have gone to extreme lengths to see into Uruguay's training sessions.

"We had a closed training session but I see that you already know everything," Tabarez said in today's press conference.

"That means that someone isn't respecting the rules or is passing along private information.

"It is possible that Luis Suarez will start against England. This time I will announce my starting line-up at the last minute."
