Confirmed: Brazil line-up for Mexico clash – Chelsea stars start

How many of the Premier League stars will feature in tonight’s Group A game in Fortaleza?

Brazil will be looking to make it two wins out of two when they take on Mexico in Group A of the 2014 World Cup at Estadio Castelao in Fortaleza.

Luiz Felipe Scolari’s side suffered a scare in their opening game of the tournament, as they fell behind to Croatia after just nine minutes.

However, the Selecao rallied and stepped up their game, eventually winning the contest at Arena de Sao Paulo in Sao Paulo 3-1, thanks to a brace from Barcelona forward Neymar.

The Brazil fans will hope to have an easier time against Mexico tonight, as victory could just prove to be enough to see them safely through to the last 16.

However, Mexico will be no easy pushovers. El Tri also kicked off their World Cup campaign with a win, getting the better of African giants Cameroon 1-0.

It would have been a much more comprehensive win had Miguel Herrera’s team not had two goals (wrongly) disallowed against the Indominatable Lions, and the North American team will be looking to pull off a shock against Brazil tonight.

Here is how Brazil and Mexico will line up tonight:

Brazil XI: Julio Cesar, Alves, Silva, Luiz, Marcelo, Paulinho, Fred, Neymar, Oscar, Ramires, Gustavo

Mexico XI: Ochoa, Rodriguez, Marquez, Herrera, Layun, Dos Santos, Moreno, Guardado, Peralta, Aguilar, Vazquez
