Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo has confirmed that he is available for Portugal's opening game against Germany in the World Cup.
There was huge doubt about the forward's availablity and nerves were beginning to creep into the Portuguse camp. However, the Ballon d'Or winner has eased Portuguese fans' worries by confirming his availability.
The Madrid star said: "Obviously I would like to be at 110% but I am at 100% and I think that is enough to help the national team."
Ronaldo single-handedly carried his country in their World Cup play-off against Sweden where he bagged a hat-trick to take Portugal through to the tournament finals in Brazil.
He added: "I have been practising now for some days and if I am doing that, it is because I am feeling well.
"Obviously, I would like to not have any pain but that is impossible since I have played football, I don't think there has been a single day where I did not have any pain, so there's not been a single match when I have played with no pain."
Ronaldo has been on sensational form and clocked up a staggering 51 goals in only 47 appearance last term for Madrid.
It was an incredible achievement and Portugal fans will be willing on the 29-year-old to continue his unstoppable form into the World Cup in Brazil.
The striker continued: "That is just part of it, it is the burden of my work, but I am saying that I am ready, I am feeling well and I really want to have a great World Cup."
