Here are the sides for Ghana v USA tonight, kick-off at 23:00 GMT.
Ghana starting XI: Kwarasey, Opare, Boye, Mensah, Asamoah, Atsu, Rabiu, Muntari, A.Ayew, J.Ayew, Gyan
USA starting XI: Howard, Johnson, Besler, Cameron, Beasley; Beckerman, Jones, Bedoya; Bradley; Dempsey, Altidore.
It's the first showing for Ghana and the United States as they get their World Cup campaigns underway in Natal tonight.
Both sides have been given hope in their pursuit of getting out of a tough Group G after they saw Portugal get thoroughly dismantled by Germany 4-0 earlier in the day.
Ghana have a number of notable players in their squad this summer, with Kwadwo Asamoah, Sulley Muntari and Asamoah Gyan joined by substitutes Michael Essien and Kevin Prince Boateng. Their experience in Europe could be hugely beneficial, as they look to improve on their quarter-final exit in South Africa in 2010.
Their opponents tonight are the United States, as the game is a rematch from the 2010 last 16 match, which saw Gyan hit a dramatic extra time winner to take Ghana through. Jurgen Klinsmann is in charge now after the Bob Bradley era, but expectations are incredibly low for the USA side.
However, they can still call upon the likes of Michael Bradley and Clint Dempsey, whilst Tim Howard's experience is shown by him gaining his 100th cap tonight.
Ghana will be favourites to take the three points tonight, but Klinsmann will be hoping to spring a shock with a win.
