With the World Cup now under way many a media outlet have been tipping starlets for a bright tournament - suggesting those who might make it big in Brazil this summer.
In at five they place Tottenham Hotspur starlet Nabil Bentaleb. The former French youth international now plays for Algeria, and has the hard task of stopping Belgium, South Korea and Russia in the Group Stage.
However, in a short space of time, Bentaleb has established himself as a regular in the Desert Foxes side and could prove pivotal to their hopes.
In fourth they place William Carvalho. The Portuguese international has been heavily linked with Manchester United recently, although it seems that interest came from David Moyes and not Louis van Gaal. He is expected to stay at Sporting Lisbon next season - but a good performance in Brazil could see him move.
In third, an Englishman. Ross Barkley. The Everton star has been tipped for greatness by Paul Scholes this summer - if he gets the chance.
But it is great to see a foreign publication so excited about an English talent. Let's just hope he plays and shines in Brazil - to live up to his lofty expectations.
In second place they have Ciro immobile, who is replacing Robert Lewandowski at Borussia Dortmund next season.
And at the top of the list is Colombia's flying winger Juan Cuadrado. He has been linked with Liverpool and Arsenal this summer - but whether he will leave Fiorentina this summer remains to be seen.
So these are the five that the French media believe can shine in Brazil. With links from Everton, Liverpool, Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United - plenty of Premier League fans will also be taking notice.
