Eden Hazard congratulates Chelsea teammate Oscar on Brazil goal via Twitter

Oscar scored to round off Brazil's opening World Cup game against Croatia.

The World Cup is underway and nobody wants to miss a kick, not least the players competing.

As Brazil defeated Croatia 3-1, all the other 30 teams were busy watching the opener, and will have seen just how the Selecao rode to victory despite not being at their best.

Instrumental to their success was playmaker Oscar, who scored the third to cap off an impressive display.

His goal certainly caught the attention of Chelsea teammate Eden Hazard, who sent the Brazilian a note of congratulation via his Twitter page.

Now Hazard will be hoping to follow suit, as Belgium continue preparation for their opening game of the tournament.

They face Algeria in Group H but have to wait until next Tuesday to get underway. Hazard has been hyped up as one of the stars of the tournament, and Oscar may have given him further inspiration and confidence he can shine as predicted.
