After speaking to Thierry Henry about life in New York, the PSG striker is keen on ending his career in the MLS.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic is still right at the top of his game after helping PSG win consecutive Ligue 1 titles and scoring 75 goals in 91 appearances since his arrival from AC Milan in 2012.
But having spoken to the Arsenal legend, it's clearly got him thinking about the latter stages of his career and a move across the pond would seemingly suit the eccentric Swede.
"I'm intrigued by the idea of going to play in the United States,” Ibrahimovic told Sports Illustrated.
“My friend Thierry Henry is finding it very well and I often talk about the US Championship with him."
“In another two or three years, it would be interesting to go and play in the USA.”
The Sweden international only recently extended his contract with the French champions in a deal worth £12 million a year and one that will see him stay in Paris until 2016.
Widely regarded as one of the world's best players, Ibrahimovic has won 11 league titles in four different countries and scored some spectacular goals along the way. Watch his 'Top 10 Goals' below.
